The Circular Podcast is about the circular economy. The idea behind the circular economy is very appealing: to revalue raw materials and keep their value longer. In episode 3, Toine Timmermans of Samen Tegen Voedselverspilling (Together Against Food Waste) talks about food waste as a chain problem, and they look at solutions at the level of the consumer, the supermarket and the grower.
